RAM'S Youth Tutoring Center ("RAM'S Youth," "we," or "us") cares about your privacy. This notice tells families what data we collect and why we use it. It also tells them what choices they have.
Data we collect. A parent may give us a name, email, phone number, address, a child's age or grade, learning needs, schedule, account details, forms, and messages. Payment companies handle card payments. We do not need or keep a full card number.
Website and cookie data. Wix hosts our website. Wix and tools used on the site may collect an IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, visit times, and cookie or sign-in data. Cookies help the site work. They keep accounts signed in, measure visits, and stop misuse. You may block cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work.
How we use data. We use data to answer questions, enroll students, plan tutoring, take payments, and send service updates. We also use it to improve the website, keep people safe, prevent fraud, and follow the law. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use a child's data for targeted ads.
Children under 13. Parents should submit online forms for children. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal information online without a parent's clear consent. A parent may review, fix, or ask us to delete a child's data. Photos or videos of a student are posted only with permission.
Center computers and Wi-Fi. Center devices, accounts, and internet service are for learning. They may be used only in approved ways. To support safety and security, we may use filters and review sites visited, downloads, saved files, login records, and activity on center systems. Users should not expect private use of center systems. Do not save private passwords, card data, or other sensitive data on a shared device. We may limit access or report unsafe or unlawful use.
When we share data. We may share only what is needed with trusted companies. They help us run the website, accounts, payments, email, or tutoring services. We may also share data if the law or a court requires it. We may share data for safety or a business transfer. Other websites, videos, and social-media links follow their own privacy rules.
Safety, storage, and deletion. We take fair steps to protect data. No website, computer, or internet service is fully secure. We keep data only as long as needed for tutoring, records, safety, payment, or legal duties. Then we delete it or remove details that identify a person.
Your choices and changes. A parent may ask what data we have. The parent may ask us to fix it, stop using it, or delete it. We may have to keep some records to follow the law. We may update this notice and will post the new date. This notice does not form a contract or promise that every risk can be stopped.
